SPS FIRE AND SAFETY is looking for energetic and proactive individuals to join our team in Kathmandu. We are hiring for the following position:

Project Management Officer (admin role)
Sales Development Representative (Cold Call)
Required Number: 2
Location: Battisputali, Kathmandu
Work Timing: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Office-based)
Reports To: Project Manager
Responsibilities & Duties:
Project Oversight: Manage minor projects and assist the Project Manager in overall project execution. (Training will be provided).
Documentation: Handle all project-related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Client Relations: Communicate professionally with clients (including overseas coordination) and maintain updated client databases.
Dashboard Management: Keep project dashboards updated to ensure real-time tracking of progress.
Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed within set deadlines.
Estimation: Assist in project estimating and preparing quotes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MUST be Bachelor’s degree completed (BBS/BBA). (Candidates currently pursuing an MBA or MBS are also encouraged to apply).
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
Communication: Fluent in English (Written & Spoken). Strong intra and interpersonal skills are essential.
Tech friendly: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and comfortable using modern technology.
Personal Attributes: Proactive attitude, highly organized, and well-groomed.
