Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive junior professional to support our day-to-day Admin and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, maintaining smooth workplace operations, and ensuring people and processes run efficiently.

You will work closely with the HR and leadership team to manage office administration, employee coordination, documentation, and operational support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, and track office supplies and assets
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, internal events, and team coordination
  • Maintain admin reports, expense tracking, compliance follow-ups, and process support

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Admin, HR Operations, Office Management, or similar roles
  • Education: B.Com/BBA; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
