Role Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, whilst predominantly working from home. This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistical arrangements. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, organizing documents and files, and maintaining accurate records and databases. The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls and email inquiries, screen and direct communications, and ensure professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves supporting the planning of meetings and events, preparing presentations, and maintaining confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management and coordination of meetings and travel.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and digital collaboration platforms.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience supporting executives or senior management in a corporate or investment-focused environment is beneficial.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in administration, business, or a related field.
