Central Arizona Association of Realtors is hiring an Administrative Assistant for full-time, in person work. In order to perform the job with efficiency, the candidate must have working knowledge of QuickBooks, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word and can learn multiple web based real estate software applications. Job Descriptions include but are not limited to:

· Monitor Email and Phones

· Run ACH payments

· M1 Daily Changes

· Accounts Receivable

· New Applications

· Supra Lockboxes

· Send MLS Violations

· Selling Signs, keeping track of sign inventory

· Check Mailbox

· Prepare Newsletter

· Prepare deposit of cash and checks

· Email Member changes

· Clean bathrooms, kitchen, office and conference room

· Help facilitate CE Classes

· Billing

· CE Class sponsorship schedule

· ADRE Certifications

· Sign Inventory

This multi-faceted position entails member services and communications, data entry, bookkeeping, event coordination, website and social media maintenance.

Work in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, QuickBooks, Power Point, GrowthZone, Flex MLS, Supra, general office administration. Strong attention to detail, receiving payments from members and preparing deposits for the bank. Good decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Must be able to work independently, have excellent written and verbal communication skills working with the members and giving good customer service. Helping with the MLS and Supra.

Daily accounts receivable and payables duties. The job will also involve setting up and maintaining all members in new association management system and keep detailed records, excel spreadsheets and track new members. We seek someone who is adapt at instilling a culture of care to all members and present the most courteous and professional face of the Association. The Administrative Assistant reports to the AE and will receive an annual evaluation from same. The candidate may not have an active real estate license for the tenure of the position.
