TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global, growing private equity firm to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Partner and additional members of the Investment team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing an ever-changing calendar and scheduling client and team meetings.
- Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the Partner and internal and external stakeholders, managing emails and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handling expense reports, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.
- Coordinating team events and off-sites, and assisting with office-wide events.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative position.
- Prior experience working in finance or tech required.
- Prior experience supporting an investment team highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong "can-do" attitude.
Position pays a base range of $100,000 – $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
