About the role
Entrust Community Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support to our executive leadership team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting organizational success through expert scheduling, communication, and confidentiality.
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to our leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities while you manage the details. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and gather critical information to support executive decision-making.
Communication & Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle calls, inquiries, and messages with professionalism and discretion.
Facilitate seamless communication between executive leadership and departments.
Event & Project Management
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and organizational events.
Support planning and execution of executive-level projects and initiatives.
Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and manage executive records.
Uphold integrity in all interactions and decision-making processes.
Technology & Tools
Utilize advanced office tools including the MS Office Suite and project management platforms.
Assist with troubleshooting and liaising with IT as needed.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of at least two years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
