Fluke Corporation, a global leader in electronic test and measurement tools, is in search of a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of the President’s office. What You’ll Do

Drive impact across the company as a member of the executive office by using excellent decision-making skills, prioritizing effectively, and presenting decisions and process in a clear manner. This includes ownership of how time is spent in service of goals and adjusting as needed.

Organize and maintain a sophisticated calendar, including a large volume of meetings in a dynamic environment, requiring frequent re-prioritization.

Coordinate daily workflow and project progress, including handling the President’s information management, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, supervising tasks and following-up on outstanding action items.

Facilitate arrangements for travel and planning for external and internal meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences.

Prepare Executive for meetings by clarifying purpose of each meeting, prepare agenda, pull background materials, and prepare briefing documents. Following meetings, help coordinate additional administrative support whenever necessary, conduct follow-up tasks or activities, and ensure timely completion of commitments made.

Provide thought leadership to a team of admins to build a vibrant community, alignment on standard work, and uplevel group skills.

Build cohesion through supporting a lively team environment, including a focus on recognitions.

Provide visible leadership and accessibility by working in our Everett office

Your Skills

Experience in a senior administrative role supporting executive level principals.

Ability to make judgment calls while being highly professional and diplomatic, knowing when to ask for help or advice.

Apply high levels of professionalism and discretion in partnership with executive leadership.

Culturally capable and open to continual learning, especially regarding inclusive behaviors

Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality work products; mindful and detailed in checking work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Microsoft 365 expertise (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
