Executive Assistant Opportunity

Join Family Resource Home Care as an Executive Assistant, supporting our executive team with high-level administrative tasks. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional ready to make an impact.

Salary Range 60,000-80,000

This position will start as remote and transition to a hybrid setup once our satellite office opens

Responsibilities:

Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence.
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel.
Handle client inquiries.
Coordinate team meetings and events.
Record and distribute meeting minutes.
Maintain office supplies and records.
Communicate on behalf of the CEO with key stakeholders.
Reconcile and document expenses.
Support projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum:

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of administrative experience
Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting executives
