What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting with accuracy and confidentiality
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Vice President of Internal AI Innovation and internal/external stakeholders
- Own onboarding logistics for new leaders and key team members
- Plan and execute internal events, including leadership retreats and team-building activities
- Draft, format, and deliver internal communications on behalf of the President
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and calendar management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects or initiatives
