We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Team Member to join our team at Escapology Victory Park. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, upselling games, and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also be responsible for leading groups of guests through the escape room experience and providing them with clues and hints as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to guests in person, over the phone, and via email
Upsell games and drinks to guests
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Lead groups of guests through the escape room experience
Provide clues and hints to guests as needed
Work with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information
Hours range from 15 to 30, depending on performance and availability
Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability is required
The ideal candidate will be available to work 3 days during the week and ever weekend.
