Document Specialist –
Contract – $100/hour

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of Google Docs used for various purposes like meeting notes and project reports
    .
  • Review travel itineraries
    , resumes
    , and cover letters for consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop structured feedback to improve the quality of tax prep notes and benefits comparisons
    .
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure household admin checklists and renewal/compliance checklists are comprehensive.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to manage moving plans and long-horizon planning docs
    .

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Experience with document management and content evaluation

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
