Job Summary

Our Company, a highly reputable underground utility construction company in San Jose, CA, is searching for a positive, eager, well organized administrative assistant that is looking for a part-time position.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primarily daily tasks will include as follows:

Answering phones and processing customer requests
Billing work orders to customers
Collecting payment from customers

Qualifications and Skills

Experience Requirements are as follows:

Experience in a construction office is a plus
QuickBooks experience at least two years’ experience
MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills and customer service experience
Highly organized and strong attention to details

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
