About the Role – This is a critical role ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the company. You will be working directly with the CEO to drive AIM’s mission success.
Responsibilities
Time management: Own and optimize schedule of the company and its managers
Prioritization: Balance multitude of internal and external-facing obligations, empowering the team with the right context needed to bring their best to every meeting and event
Keeping the team focused in response to changing priorities and needs
Prepare for key meetings, including developing agendas, gathering relevant materials, and ensuring the team is fully briefed. This involves collaborating on presentations and reports, taking minutes, organizing virtual and in-person meetings and events.
Assist with onboarding, training new team members, HR, operational, legal workflows
Assist with basic state filing compliance and payment systems
Assist with basic investor audits
Company records maintenance and organization
Organize business and team events
Organize seamless travel and oversee it in realtime, apply creative travel hacks
Host business partners and VIPs
Solve special projects as they arise, leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of EA experience in a high-growth tech environment
Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial and creative mindset
Self-motivated drive to grow and have a tangible impact
Clear, concise & compelling communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences
Hyperorganized, proactive & solution-focused: extremely effective approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges and landing powerful solutions
Flexible and available outside of standard business hours as needed
Ability to solve corporate and personal tasks efficiently
In-person work at AIM offices and travel as needed
Can-do spirit: ability to take the initiative, tame ambiguity, and take ownership
