About The Role

Be an integral part of ensuring the hiring company runs and operates smoothly at the highest level. Working directly with the CEO and CCO, while supporting other members of the C-Suite to prioritize day-to-day travel, expenses, and meeting schedules. This role will also take the lead on rhythm of the business planning, including logistics on company events, board meetings, and leadership meetings, as well as participate with the People team on other clerical tasks. This is an opportunity to work across many different stakeholders and form impactful relationships, building a better working environment in the process.

About You:

You pride yourself on working with the C-Level executives and management teams to prioritize meeting requests, manage complex and critical scheduling, prioritize and organize emails, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You have exceptional organization skills and are able to coordinate travel arrangements, distribute schedules, and agendas.

You are an expert in managing expenses with advanced experience working with Excel and G-Suite.

You enjoy playing the role as events manager and providing a lasting impression with not just the executives and teams but external guests as well.

You are someone whom upper management can trust with sensitive information.

They are Looking For:

4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level executives and/or board of directors, preferably in the finance, fintech, or tech industries.

A bachelor’s degree and expertise with G-Suite applications is required.

Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.

The ability to adapt and pivot to changing requests and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative, team-oriented attitude is a must, where no task is too big or small

Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and benefits. Target pay for this role is 100K-130K base, though subject to change based on performance and market conditions.
