What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage complex scheduling and calendar management for the executive leadership team

Serve as a central point of coordination for communication regarding priorities and events

Handle external communications and scheduling on behalf of executives

Prepare essential information for meetings and keep the leadership team informed on critical matters

Manage personal and household logistics for executives to optimize their time

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of work experience in a similar role and work environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail)

High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Aptitude for learning new software and systems

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Previous experience supporting executive leadership
