Who We SeekPlayboy is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support C-Level executives to join our team. The right hire is proactive, positive, agile, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate is a trustworthy team player who takes pride in supporting executives and the overall company to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.

What You’ll Do – Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Executive leaders.

Manage calendars using G Suite for executive leaders to ensure efficient use of time.

Organize and prioritize meetings throughout the day.

Prepare all corporate expense reimbursements using Coupa.

Arrange complex travel reservations for both domestic and international travel using Concur for executives and any relevant business partners.

Serve as a liaison between all departments.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the business and executives’ needs in order to prioritize and act accordingly.

Assist with creating and organizing decks for meetings.

Manage high volume external guest meetings, greet clients, and oversee meeting schedules.

Cultivate relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate meeting planning and scheduling.

Streamline process to ensure executive offices run efficiently.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on special projects as needed.

Assist the receptionist with coverage as needed.

Must be available to work M-F during the core business hours of 9AM-6PM PT.

Must adhere to the current work schedule, which is subject to change with business needs: in office Mondays-Thursdays , with an option to work from home most Fridays.

What You’ll Bring – Qualifications And Skills

2-3 years experience of providing administrative support to senior leadership, managing calendars, and arranging international travel.

Excellent interpersonal, and time management skills with the ability to remain adaptable and incredibly organized in a fast-paced work environment.

Keen understanding of how to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Outstanding organizational and attention to detail skills.

Proven ability to approach tasks independently, proactively, and resourcefully.

Experience working with Concur and Expensable is a plus.

Proficient knowledge of Google Suite.

Have reliable transportation and ability to arrive at the office site on-time daily.
