Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Duties:
– Perform data entry and clerical tasks to support executive team
– Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments using Outlook Calendar
– Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
– Organize and maintain files and records
– Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
– Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Skills:
– Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
– Strong typing skills with high accuracy
– Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
– Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
– Proficient in using Outlook Calendar for scheduling and organizing meetings
– Ability to file documents in an organized manner
– Excellent project coordination skills
– Exceptional calendar management abilities
– Strong customer service orientation
