THE OPPORTUNITYThe Executive Assistant will provide a broad range of superior administrative support with an emphasis managing the Executive and other senior leadership. In addition to supporting the marketing department, this role is a part of a collaborative administrative team that contributes to the overall success of the Newport Beach RSC.
What You’ll DoSupport the Executive and other senior department leaders with the ability to manage and communicate complex and competing priorities.
Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule a high volume of meetings and appointments and other Outlook calendar events.
Multi-task extensively throughout each day and utilize project management skills to plan and coordinate.
Draft and/or proofread documents and presentations as needed utilizing a strong command of proper business writing and grammar.
Assemble and distribute meeting agendas and pre-reads, and meeting materials
Take notes and distribute minutes for attendees of meetings.
Manage correspondence in an organized manner responding on behalf of Officer to such materials as necessary and appropriate.
Provide information and assistance to business associates in a professional and courteous manner, and communicate for Officers when appropriate

PAY TRANSPARENCYA reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $105,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
