What Will You Do
Calendar & Meeting Coordination:
Take charge of managing the CRO’s calendar, prioritize urgent requests, and coordinate seamless travel and logistics for both internal and external stakeholders ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Event & Travel Management:
Own the planning and execution of high-impact offsite events, leadership meetings, and large-scale group gatherings, managing everything from vendor negotiations to budgeting and logistics and travel.
Executive Support & Communication:
Be the go-to person for preparing key materials, drafting high-priority internal and external communications, tracking follow-up actions, and driving seamless communication across teams
Anticipation of Executive Needs & Strategic Support:
Proactively anticipate the CRO’s needs, maintain AI trackers and meeting agendas, and support the company’s strategic growth and organizational changes, helping us scale to the next level.
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or startup environment is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
