We’re delighted to be partnering with a highly respected professional services firm based in central Bristol, who are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Team Assistant to join their close-knit office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or administrative support role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment. The position offers a great mix of executive support and office management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to step into a more varied and impactful role.
Supporting 2–3 senior stakeholders, you’ll be managing busy diaries, coordinating travel and meetings, and acting as a key point of contact for the team. You’ll also take the lead on day-to-day office management tasks, supplier liaison and team events – perfect for someone who loves being at the heart of the action and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive-level support: diary management, travel bookings, meeting coordination, inbox management
Preparing documents, presentations, and reports
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries
Supporting internal and external events in collaboration with the Marketing & Events team
Managing office supplies, facilities coordination, and liaising with suppliers
Ensuring H&S compliance and assisting with policy documentation
Submitting and tracking expenses, raising purchase orders, and invoice management
Using the company’s CRM system to manage records and correspondence
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years’ experience in a similar support role – EA, Team Assistant, or high-level admin
A strong academic background – good A-Levels and a degree are required
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and confidence in managing multiple priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive, self-sufficient mindset and a team-focused attitude
What’s on Offer:
£28,000 – £32,000 salary (depending on experience)
