Administrative clerical duties in support of key executives.

Minimum of 3 years administrative experience which includes providing office and administrative support to senior level management staff, preference for candidates used to working in small to medium sized companies. High preference for candidates with experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support of executives in sales/marketing departments.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Act as a gatekeeper, screening and directing incoming calls and correspondence.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.

Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.

Handle expense reporting and reconcile credit card statements.

Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting at least Director level executives.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
