We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing residential remodeling and new construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, follow-up, and multi-tasking.
Responsibilities:
Schedule subcontractors and site visits
Track material orders and delivery timelines
Maintain project files, selections, and documentation
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members
Update task trackers and logs
Assist with jobsite meeting notes and follow-ups
Monitor permitting status and milestone completion
Report directly to ownership
Qualifications:
2+ years administrative experience (construction experience a PLUS)
Strong communication and organization skills
Tech-savvy with Google Sheets, email, and project management tools
BuilderTrend knowledge is a plus
Reliable, self-starting, and highly detail-focused
