Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team!
Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking an Office Administrator to assist our corporate office in a wide range of general office duties and tasks. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of previous experience in handling administrative and executive tasks. Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and have the ability to monitor the performance of one to two clerks.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
5 years of office administration experience.
2 years data entry and analysis experience.
1 year of management experience.
Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
Reliable, hardworking, and motivated.
Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Shift:
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
or 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay and Benefits:
$30/hour with potential pay increase after 90 days if meeting metrics
