Responsibilities

**:

– Work closely with the General Manager to understand how the creative agency works, including its operations, workflow, and culture.

– Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and other administrative tasks as needed.

– Manage, organize, and prioritize the General Manager’s workload, ensuring that deadlines are met and all tasks are completed on time.

– Prepare and deliver visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint, including designing custom templates, creating graphics, and adding multimedia elements.

– Collect, organize, and input data into Excel spreadsheets and databases.

– Write and edit copy for various materials, such as proposals, presentations, and other documents, ensuring that they are engaging and professional.

– Work closely with the General Manager to understand how the creative agency works, including its operations, workflow, and culture.

– Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to help the General Manager make informed decisions.

– Demonstrated

entrepreneurial

skills to assist the General Manager in kickstarting new company initiatives, indicating a proactive approach to business development and

innovation

.

– Assist in the organization of events and activities, including company meetings, team-building activities, and client events.

– Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.

– Maintain the utmost confidentiality and refrain from sharing sensitive information with any third party without obtaining proper approval.

** Qualifications**:

– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

– At least 2 years of relevant work experience in copywriting, PowerPoint, and administrative support or related fields.

– Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

in English.

– Demonstrated knowledge of PR practices and the ability to contribute to communications and branding efforts will be a plus.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

– Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.

Ability to

multitask, work under pressure and prioritize workloads.
