Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Hawaii, United States at INPAC Wealth Solutions. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and facilitating communication within the organization.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills

Experience in managing expense reports

Strong communication skills

Administrative Assistance abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
