What you would do:

Keep the founders organized by managing their inboxes and calendars.

Track and follow up on tasks, meetings, and deliverables across various teams.

Assist in scaling the founders up to handle the growing workload effectively.

Set up and manage sales and product pipelines to ensure smooth operations.

Act as a communication hub, keeping the founders informed of opportunities, requests, and meetings.

Who you are:

2-5 years’ experience working in an Executive Assistant-like role, ideally for Founders of a high-growth company

A commercially minded generalist capable of handling various aspects of the business, including marketing, commercial, product, engineering, legal, and HR.

Possess a quasi-MBA type of mindset, with the ability to understand and contribute to different facets of the business.

Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.

Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
