We’re Looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to Join our Team (fully remote)!

We’re searching for a high-performing, part-time Executive Assistant to support Live Your Message’s Founder and CEO Marisa Murgatroyd. We’re seeking someone who is confident, resourceful and highly organized, with an ability to run multiple tasks smoothly & efficiently.

Your mission — should you choose to accept it — is to…

Support Marisa on a wide-range of day-to-day activities, research and projects

Manage her extensive calendar and prepare her for meetings

Manage her email inbox, keeping things organized and making sure important messages get handled promptly

Book travel arrangements and create itineraries for her and her husband/business partner

Book restaurant reservations, social engagements and various appointments

Coordinate and support event planning

Handle purchasing tasks for Marisa and various company departments

In general, keep Marisa’s world in order!

About YOU:

Previous experience as an assistant with a self-directed, outcome-focused mindset

Loves being an assistant, truly cares and is passionate about supporting a creative visionary

Has an “eagle eye” ability to “see” details and thrives on making sure all the fine points are in order

Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Takes initiative, is always one step ahead and can intuitively anticipate their boss’s needs

Has a fun and cheerful energy with a positive “can-do” attitude – truly loves what you do and stops at nothing to get the job done!

Intelligent, yet humble, enthusiastic and kind

Confident and will courageously speak up when necessary & ask for help when needed

A trusted gatekeeper who is honest and reliable

Loves to learn, grow and appreciates constructive feedback

Enjoys being part of an innovative and very fast-moving environment!

Exceptional client service skills with the ability to speak to others in a professional, authentic and warm manner

Owning a MAC computer is preferred!

The Deets:

This is a fully remote part-time position; approximately 20-30 hours per week

Need to be available to work during “normal business hours” (approximately 9am to 6pm Pacific time, give or take two hours) regardless of the time zone you live in

Evening and/or weekend hours may be necessary during peak periods

Starting pay rate for this position is $28/hour
