Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific is recruiting for a Executive Assistant, to VP, Head of Regulatory Affair APAC, located in Singapore.
The main job responsibility of an administrator is to ensure the efficient performance of the departments in an organization.
And to provides office administrative support to the Team and is vital for the smooth-running of a business.
To work as an independent and resourceful Executive Administrator, owning and performing all the administrative work for AP RA department
Responsibilities
To provide executive support to the senior leaders of AP RA department, on management of scheduling/calendar, agenda, meeting/events, logistics, travel arrangement, expense reporting and others.
To provide support on the administrative matters of the AP RA department, including but not limited to management of meeting/events, logistics, HR/Finance administration, purchasing, office setup, and others.
To support AP RA administrative work to increase department compliance and efficiency as assigned. Examples are:
Coordinate AP RA Connect sessions
Administration and support of 1-Supply access/update
GRA employee movement check-in and on-boarding support
LiFT Local Labeling Deviation administrative management
Coordination of quarterly pipeline overview up-date
To coordinate system administration for the department sharepoint and the assigned system/programs as a point of contact.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Executive Assistance to senior management in a MNC environment
Good communication skills – written and spoken
Interpersonal effectiveness skills
Problem solving
Organized work with good understanding of HR/Finance process
Managing multitasking and prioritization
Fluency and/or learning agility in handling IT system/programs (MS Office, Database, Sharepoint, etc.)
Social media management skills
