Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and industry, providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the C.E.O.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant.
Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
