About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can handle a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Job Description
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple executives
Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of senior executives
Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes as needed
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
Plan and organise team events, such as all hands off-site meetings, retreats, and team-building activities, to promote collaboration and morale
Coordinate team-based reward and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and contributions of team members
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling executive matters
Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or conflicts, demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Provide support to other members of the administrative team as needed
Qualifications
Will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
We are flexible on industry exposure, however coming from a fast-paced environment is highly desired
Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Confluence and Jira
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Background in events highly regarded
A track record of excellence in high-performance settings
