Executive Assistant Opportunity:

As we continue to grow, we need an experienced Executive Assistant to work with our executive team to drive the company forward with purpose. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-pressure environments, be highly organized, and possess the ability to make impossible deadlines seem merely “ambitious”.

Key Responsibilities:

An Extension of the Executives:This role works in close collaboration with the executives, proactively managing priorities, making informed decisions, and driving key initiatives forward with delegated authority. This goes beyond administrative support, it’s an opportunity to amplify the executives’ impact by acting on their behalf where the need arises.

Resourceful Problem Solving & Initiative:Demonstrate exceptional resourcefulness by anticipating challenges, finding innovative solutions, and navigating obstacles with creativity and initiative. This role requires a problem-solver that has the wisdom to know what needs attention, what’s just noise, and what can be handled independently without fanfare.

Executive Liaison & Influence:Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, executive leadership, and other upper levels of management with professionalism and diplomacy.

Project Oversight & Execution:Provide high-level support on executive initiatives, managing projects from conception to completion. Track progress, identify risks, and ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage highly sensitive information, such as meeting documents, legal agreements, and strategic initiatives, with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.

Strategic Calendar Management:Oversee and optimize complex schedules for senior executives, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational priorities. Manage high-level meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and other arrangements with precision. You knew this would be here…

Qualifications:

Proven Extensive Executive-Level Experience: Minimum of 4 years as an Executive Assistant to C-suite leaders, with a demonstrated ability to support high-level decision-making and leadership.

Superior Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex schedules, and competing deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience drafting executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Technological Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and aptitude to master other tools as well.

Judgment & Discretion: Unwavering ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Leadership Mindset: A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to influence outcomes and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
