Role Summary
As the first point of contact for stakeholders approaching top management, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the leadership office. This includes strategic support, admin and HR oversight, MIS reporting, and coordination across internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Leadership Coordination
Manage scheduling, travel, and meetings for senior leadership
Prepare presentations, business plans, and confidential briefs
Track and follow up on strategic action points, decisions, and business initiatives
Administrative & HR Operations
Oversee general administration, office coordination, and related vendor interactions
Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation processes
Serve as a liaison between HR teams and leadership on key policy matters
MIS, Reporting & Business Intelligence
Compile and analyze business data from departments, turning it into leadership-ready reports
Develop MIS dashboards and reports for executive insights and decision support
Monitor projects, timelines, and organizational performance metrics
Communications & Stakeholder Interface
Act as the first line of contact for internal teams, partners, clients, and other external stakeholders engaging with top management
Draft professional correspondence, media responses, and leadership communications
Facilitate smooth internal communication between departments and leadership
✈️ Travel & Event Coordination
Plan and execute travel logistics for leadership — both domestic and international
Accompany the management on business trips if needed to support engagements, meetings, and operations
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Finance, or related field
MBA or post-grad in Business, HR, or Communications is a strong advantage
Experience
5–10 years in a strategic executive support, operations, corporate affairs, or communications role
Experience working with senior leadership in fast-paced, multi-functional environments
Familiarity with financial services or fintech sectors is preferred
