You’ll play a key role in ensuring our leaders have the resources and focus they need to succeed. Job Description:

Your day to day:

Organize and maintain an always-shifting and extremely complex calendar using tact, integrity, and confidentiality. You will need to know how to schedule meetings across multiple time zones.

Understand business priorities, provide complex calendar management (Outlook), deliver operational excellence, and proactively anticipate and support the needs of our Senior Leaders.

Strategic approach to coordinating and scheduling meetings. Ensure requests have a clearly defined purpose and that time zone sensitivities are considered.

React with appropriate urgency to requests/situations requiring a quick turnaround and take effective action without knowing the whole picture.

Align with Senior Leaders on weekly priorities. Understand and help to execute our people and business priorities and processes.

Event organization and management of team on and off-site and team building activities.

Manage expenses and travel arrangements (domestic & international).

Process system approvals promptly.

Foster strong relationships and trust with Executive Assistants, Business Operations and key business partners across PayPal.

What do you need to bring:

8+ years thriving as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, global environment, prioritizing leaders’ calendars with agility.

Masterful calendar management, including complex, global meetings.

Expertise in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for seamless collaboration.

Initiative, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail – you confidently handle everything.

Strong communicator (written & verbal) and a team player.

Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver – you excel under pressure.

“Can-do” attitude with a collaborative spirit – you get things done professionally.

Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.

The U.S. national hourly pay range for this role is $16 to $55
