The company is headquartered in Kendall Square (Cambridge, MA), the world’s biotech capital, with offices in Rochester (Minnesota), Bangalore (India) and Toronto (Canada).
This position will be located in Cambridge, MA, with 4 days/week onsite. There may be weeks where 5 days/week onsite is required.
Responsibilities:
Executive Administration Duties
Support of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Calendar and meeting management
Document and file preparation
Travel arrangements
Coordination and organization of customer and partner meetings
Scheduling all relevant parties, both internal and external

Coordination and organization of Company Board of Director meetings
Scheduling all relevant parties, both internal and external
Document and material preparation
Manage documents of a complex and confidential nature
Act as the primary point of contact for team’s office visitors
Coordination of luncheons, town halls and large group meetings
Assists with special projects as needed
Communicate “on behalf” of at all levels both internally and externally
Process Travel & Expense reports
Requirements:
Prior experience as an executive assistant in startup environment and/or small business environment
Bachelor degree required and/or equivalent experience
5 years of related experience within a growing company
Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects, some of which are of a confidential nature
Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior and C-level executives
Excellent decision making, human relations, time-management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Able to pass a background check, including criminal background check
At times, may be required to work outside of standard office hours
Some flexibility in the work schedule may be permitted, to ensure that the CEO is supported
