Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate and follow up on tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and office organization.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide support in organizing events, conferences, and other company activities.
Experience and Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a multinational company.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
