Responsibilities:
•Perform general administrative tasks in a timely manner with extreme attention to detail including:
-Scheduling of key meetings (internal and external)
-Minute taking, compilation and distribution of accurate minutes & actions.
-Management of shared diaries and calendars
-Ensure follow up on all key action items.
•Compile as directed, detailed power point presentations to a very high standard.
•Update management reports and project tracking documents as necessary
•Represent daa International in meetings with clients, stakeholders and external bodies as required.
•Develop Training Documentation to support the ORAT Process
•Interact with the clients Learning and Development Team as required.
•Co-ordinate with the daai home base team regarding the onboarding of any new starters for daa international managers working on the Red Sea project and Translate documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English as necessary.
•Support the wider daai Operations team during busy periods as required.
•Support the daai team in KSA, with any regulatory requests pertaining to Visa’s etc.
•Minor daa International related procurement activities, including management of stationery and other office supplies.
•Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
•Experience working with an international company or Airport Environment within KSA is desirable
•Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
•Highly organised individual with ability to manage and prioritise substantial workloads
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools {must be able to demonstrate proficiencies}
•Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
•Proactive, self-starter and comfortable working independently
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
