Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives, managing their schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Assist with special projects and events as needed

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

At least three years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

Prior experience working in the professional services industry preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of professionalism and discretion

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
