Our client is a prominent Jewish educational organization. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chancellor. This position is fully on site and has a 4-day workweek.
Job Details
Provide general administrative assistance to the Chancellor
Act as primary gatekeeper and communications liaison for the Chancellor
Proactively manage the Chancellor’s complex schedule
Prepare meeting materials and coordinate room setup (A/V, catering, etc.)
Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics
Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
Welcome guests to the Chancellor’s office
Manage inventory of office supplies and pantry items
Salary Range: $80-83k annually, based on experience
Schedule: 9.25-hour days, 4 days per week

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
5+ years’ Executive Assistant experience
Able to monitor for occasional off-hours communications and complete tasks, as necessary
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
Hebrew language proficiency, a plus!
