We are searching for an Executive Assistant to provide support to our C-team. This role acts as an extension of that team. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a fast paced collaborative environment that is mission focused, results-driven and values oriented.

To be successful in this role, the individual will lead with our values, have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to both collaborate and work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CEO is full time and remote. While remote, this position will need to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and expect to be able to travel as needed including but not limited to team functions, team meetings, Quarterly Business meetings, & company-sponsored events.

The base salary range for this position is between 125,000 and 130,000. We aim to pay competitively; factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for C-team including: managing extremely active calendars, meetings, and travel; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, compiling documents / itineraries for travel, and managing expense reports.

Provides a bridge for efficient and clear communication between the C-team and internal teams; demonstrating leadership to maintain collaboration, trust and support with members of leadership.

Builds relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.

Prioritizes conflicting needs and tasks; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on requests to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Coordinates the logistics of C-team departmental meetings and off-sites; supports CoS with All-Executive offsites.

During core hours (8-5 PST), the Executive Assistant should be accessible, responsive, and actively engaged in their work responsibilities. For urgent matters during non working hours, we ask the Executive Assistant to make themselves available via Slack /their cell phones.

Qualifications:

2-5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a publicly traded company or privately held company (series D or greater); and/or bachelor’s degree

Experience working in a remote / hybrid environment across time zones

Strong organizational skills; the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including internal partners, and external partners

Expert level written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability in ambiguous situations

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be flexible and extremely effective independently

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of partnership support and response

Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
