Our client is a single family office investment firm located in the Denver Tech Center. The EA position will be supporting two executive level professionals in their day-to-day operations. The position is in-person, full time, with the flexibility to adjust working hours or work remotely when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant

Report to and primarily support two of the executive level leaders at the firm

Provide administrative support by performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, keeping an office calendar and scheduling and preparing materials for meetings

Conduct research, prepare management reports, handle information requests, and maintain files for all projects

Sort and prioritize daily email

Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Participate in meetings and prepare minutes and follow up items from meeting minutes

Work closely with the President including checking voicemails, emails and bi-weekly status update meetings

Answer telephone, update contact databases

Perform general errands, ordering office supplies, communicating with and managing certain vendors

Prepare correspondence

Project Management

Assist with preparing spreadsheet reports on special projects

Communicate with outside consultants and contractors

Prepare simple online forms and legal documents

Work with General Counsel on preparing contracts and organizing documents

Office Management

Coordinate office functions

Schedule monthly staff meetings
