Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
– Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
– Assist with quotes, rentals properties, etc.
– Provide administrative support to executives and team members
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Experience in customer service or related field
– Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
– Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping administrative tasks is advantageous
– Typing speed and accuracy are essential for this role
