Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire an Executive Assistant in Investment Banking for a contract of 6 months with possibility to extend or convert into perm. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in office per week in Toronto.
Job Responsibilities:
Supports executives in investment banking with administrative, financial, and HR tasks
Cultivates stakeholder relationships, offers insights, and organizes events
Manages calendars, expenses, travel, and office supplies
Mentors and coordinates training while collaborating to meet business objectives
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a financial administration clerical support position
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Salesforce experience is considered an asset
