Job Description
Exciting and diverse EA position supporting the Managing Director, Everyday Banking, Consumer.
Hybrid role with 2 – 3 days in the office
Based out of our Barangaroo office
What’s the role?
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Everyday Banking, Consumer. In this role, you’ll be the key coordination point within the business unit, ensuring seamless daily operations. This includes managing complex diaries, prioritising emails, overseeing travel arrangements, and facilitating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll also help drive a positive team culture while ensuring adherence to Westpac policies. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What do I need?
Proven ability to coordinate efficiently at an executive level.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team.
Experience in managing finance and procurement processes.
Familiarity with Westpac systems, policies, and processes (PHQ and COUPA preferred).
Support activities to drive a positive and inclusive team culture, making Everyday Banking a great place to work.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
