The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
Calendar management
Preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Organize and maintain filing systems for confidential documents.
Assist in planning and executing company events or meetings.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative role supporting upper management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
