Executive Assistant – Private Equity (100% In-Office in Santa Monica, CA)
Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director. This is a 100% in-office role, ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services who excels in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
The Managing Director is asking for candidates to have experience supporting executives in Private Equity, VC, or financial services only please.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones.
Arrange high-level travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
Act as a key liaison between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
Assist with managing projects, timelines and deadlines.
Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in financial services (investment banking, private equity, asset management, or related industries).
Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Must be comfortable working 100% in-office in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation package included a base salary of up to $115k plus bonus and excellent benefits.
