A leading manufacturing company is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their corporate office located in Downtown, Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity with a great work culture as well as competitive compensation and benefits. This role is 100% onsite and supports the CFO. Starting compensation $85,000 – $100,000 depending on experience.
Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience supporting C-Level Executives
Associate’s Degree, 2 years post-secondary study, or Bachelor’s Degree
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
Completes a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance, anticipating next steps, taking initiative, exercising discretion and sound judgment, and working collaboratively as a member of the team.
Proactively performs corporate and administrative duties.
Arranges travel, logistics and related schedules and meetings.
Manages schedules and multiple calendars in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Organizational skill to prioritize incoming calls, messages, and documents ready for signature.
Prepare special reports, gathering and summarizing data.
Utilizes PowerPoint and Excel to create and modify formulas, presentations, pivot tables, and data files.
Provide coordination of meetings and events by assisting in meeting space selection, site selection, lodging, audio visual equipment, group transportation, invitations, food/beverage selections, room set-up, and preparation and coordination of all meeting materials.
May assist in creating company-wide communication, including emails, letters, and related correspondence.
Prepares and manages expense reports, to ensure accurate posting of expenses and tracking of reimbursements.
