Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Own and manage a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and professional communication
Arrange complex travel plans and create detailed itineraries for both business and personal trips
Prepare and process expense reports and manage invoice tracking
Support occasional personal errands and home-related logistics to keep things running smoothly
Assist with maintaining a light and consistent social media presence for the company (e.g., drafting/scheduling posts, monitoring engagement)
Handle administrative duties such as document preparation, correspondence, and project coordination
Plan and coordinate client and partner events, including receptions, meetings, and special engagements, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that reflects the firm’s brand and values
Support marketing initiatives by creating and managing content for social media platforms, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels
Jump in on special projects and help streamline day-to-day operations
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:
1-3 years of administrative experience working with senior leaders
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with a “no task too small” attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus
Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of managing sensitive information with care
Energetic, dependable, and able to pivot seamlessly between business and personal tasks
