Lanter is hiring an Administrative Support Lead for our team in Aurora, CO.

Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Lead is responsible for communication via phone, email to customers, carrier partners, dockworkers, management, and office staff members. Responsibilities will include general filing, sorting, scanning, reporting, and other assigned duties.

Shift: Monday thru Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates positive attitude and courteous, friendly service to all internal team members and external clients by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Be the front-line support and direct contact for customers, carrier partners, dockworkers, management, and office staff members.
Ensures compliance with client’s assets and damage reporting processes.
Accurately documents and communicates any issue that present themselves in a timely manner.
Contact dealers when necessary to verify they received the delivery or to advise them of any delays with freight.
Overseeing the dock team at the client, preparing and submitting nightly reports (ex. Tracking Metric, Asset Logs, FXD BOL’s) and sending BOL’s to dealers daily.
Provides administrative support for the entire team and carrier partners to ensure efficient operation.
Maintain general office files.
Sort and file BOL’s for all OEM’s.
Protect company assets, including confidential and proprietary information in accordance with company and client policies and procedures.

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma, GED, and/or equivalent experience.
Two plus years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
Final mile logistics, warehouse and/or automotive experience is a plus.
