We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Corporate Office Leader and Strategic Transformation Leader in a fast-paced, global environment. This role is crucial in managing executive priorities, coordinating leadership meetings, and supporting transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage calendars, emails, travel, expenses, and meeting preparations.

Stakeholder Coordination: Build strong relationships across internal and external teams.

Project & Event Support: Assist with leadership forums, strategic initiatives, and corporate events.

Operations & Administration: Workday management, onboarding, IT requests, and invoice processing.

Communication & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and support executive communications.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as an EA, ideally supporting C-suite executives in a matrixed organization.

Advanced Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS skills.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in event planning and project coordination.
