We’re hiring a motivated and dynamic administrator to join our growing team. The candidate should possess a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset and be able to work independently in a fast-moving environment. Organizational and multi-tasking skills are paramount, in addition to understanding and attending to the needs of a busy office and the agents in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; managing all transaction documents via digital platforms and complying with legal procedures. Providing high level support and maintaining an esthetically pleasing and tidy office. There is also the opportunity to support the team by marketing the company through templated designs and digital uploads. Light accounting work, corporate support and additional company projects should also be expected. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail oriented.
Location:
Narragansett; with periodic travel to other offices within the state
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in the real estate industry preferred
Available for full time in-office work
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Adobe
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent technology skills
