As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives. Your role will be crucial in managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication. You will also assist with various personal and business tasks to help maintain a balance between professional and personal commitments.

What We’re Looking For
Language Proficiency: Hiring for a bilingual assistant, fluent in English and Russian

Responsibilities
Travel Assistance: Arrange travel accommodations for executives and their families, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain the executive’s calendar; Organise conference calls, meetings, and lunches within different time zones
Event Organization: Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including location selection, booking, and conceptual planning.
Communication Handling: Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the executives.
Information Gathering: Research and gather information on various topics to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives
Assisting with Personal and Business Tasks: Assist with personal tasks and errands to support work-life balance.
